The ambiance of the hotel was truly luxurious, from the moment I walked into the reception. My suite was large, comfortable, and exuded luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the dinner menu exceeded my expectations. this hotel far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.
While the room smelled damp, the staff would have been more than willing to help us change rooms. The bed could have been more comfortable, but it is a matter of personal preference.

The hotel has a good location, with easy access to the town. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room we stayed in was clean and neat, with a comfortable bed and nice linen.
the pillow was uncomfortable, and the room was noisy due to the nearby fan or generator. The internet was good initially but was removed on our last night.

Upon entering this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious atmosphere that greeted me. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre, fulfilled all of my needs for relaxation. the hospitable staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service, and the room advantages, including a private balcony and in-room breakfast, truly made me feel pampered. the restaurant offered a range of Special diet menus, and the bar was perfect for a nightcap. the location was ideal and convenient.
There were a few times when certain ingredients for dishes were not available, and the execution of the dishes could be improved.
